RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for making a purchase at our store.
If you are not satisfied with our product despite our utmost care, you can return the product to be eligible for a refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include both bookmark cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
You must notify us within 30 days unambiguously (by letter, by e-mail or by the withdrawal form) that you wish to return the product. In case of a letter, the date of shipment counts.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt/invoice within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED GOODS UPON DELIVERY
If you receive a damaged product caused by careless transportation or customs inspection, you are eligible for a refund if you file a claim within 5 days of the arrival date. This is the delivery date as shown on the track & trace record of your package code. All of our packages require your signature upon arrival as proof of delivery.
You can file a claim by simply sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Your claim will then be investigated, and if accepted, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that this can take a while, and the duration of this process depends on the insurance company.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first officially inform us that you would like a refund by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, using the withdrawal form below, or by sending us a letter. Letters can be sent to the address provided in our terms and conditions. Once we have acknowledged your return notification, you must return the product to the same address.
You will be charged and will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item, using our carrier service or any of your choice. Once the package has arrived and is approved, you will receive a full refund of your initial purchase .
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item is returned to us, turns out to be damaged or stained, we reserve the right not to offer any refund.
We reserve the right to update or change our Return & Refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in this section that it has been updated.
